As a Direct to Consumer (D2C) business, we’re a vital part of the GPN network, supplying the full range of products and services across its extensive brand portfolio, which includes Optimum Nutrition, SlimFast, Amazing Grass, Nutramino, BSN, Isopure, think!
Play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand’s presence within the Sports Nutrition field via influencer marketing and via presence at sport events and gyms:
Responsible, together with the Influencers & PR specialist, for the influencer program by driving and executing influencer marketing plans across channels with the goal to grow the associated KPI’s (such as reach, engagement and revenue)
Develop content ideas and oversee content development for/by the influencers in line with brand positioning
Managing and optimizing the brand(am)bassador program by building an active engaging community
Keep abreast of emerging influencers, trends and competitor activities and reflect learnings in plans
Liaising with Influencer & PR specialist and Social Media specialist to collectively drive and optimize performance of the programs
Deliver data driven analysis on influencer & brandbassador performance and provide insights and ideas for improvement to Partnerships & Influencer Manager
Collaborate with Partnerships & Influencers manager to collectively drive and optimize the brand presence at sport events and gyms via brand visibility & activations
Manage the end-to-end operations of the Micro and Nano influencers in the B&F talent pool; from briefings (ensuring
alignment to brand & content calendar), guidance on content creation (staying up to date with latest trends) to content
approval. All within budget & in line with KPI’s and by building strong relations
Manage the B&F Brand ambassador program; building a strong contributing community and continuously finding ways to further improve KPI’s
KPI reporting on monthly basis, together with Influencer & PR specialist and Social Media specialist
Support on activities related to sport events & sports club partnerships; launch & oversee brand visibility- and activations initiatives at/with these
Experience in influencer marketing, social media and/or sport event management
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Dutch language desired
In-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and social media industry
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
Well organized with great project management skills
Passion for sports & social media
Understanding of sports nutrition, particularly Dutch gym environment and NL sport events would be an advantage
Willingness to travel for events and change working hours accordingly (ad hoc in weekends)
Strong relationship builder with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Commercial skills, result driven and being able to draw conclusions and define next steps based on results
